yeah he probably has been on the site and read some of the stuff we wrote and hes to embarrased to say that he knows of us. you have to admit, we have put some pretty naughty stuff on here. LOL! I'll bet while it's probably a bit embarassing, it's also flattering. And for the love of God, you can't walk around looking like that and not expect to have a bevy of women lusting after you. My only embarrassment would be if I actually got to meet him knowing what I've written from time to time on this board.

Didn't win...never found out who did either...I've been to stinking busy. *sigh*
I wouldn't be embarassed. If it came down to a moment of him saying "Weren't you the one that wrote..........", I'd just smile and say "Well...look at yourself honey...what the hell else do you expect me to do?"

I only wish I can the courage to say something like that him, but I think I would most likely stand there and just look at him...not believing my luck

After working on South Beach for a while celebrity doesn't really phase me that much....they're just human beings. They have the same faults that everyone else does, they just have to deal with having those faults in the public eye.
I will admit though out of all the clientele through the shop, or from passing glances from hanging around Lincoln Road, the beach, etc....Katherine Zeta-Jones was the only one that put me "on tilt" so to speak....lol...simply because I was stunned how gorgeous the woman really is.

So which other celebs have you come across and what were they like? Lenny Kravitz...gorgeous man, VERY sweet...and his massage therapist had magic hands!! He used to come into the shop and dole out neckrubs when the girls needed them. Gloria Estefan and her family are absolutely wonderful people as well. Cameron Diaz...pretty, but a bit aloof. Tom Cruise...he was actually rather shy which suprised me. He stepped in the door, looked around for a second...then when Robyn (one of the girls I worked with) and I offered to help him he smiled with the deer-in-headlights look and bolted out the door. Some of them were via the shop and others were just from living in the area. South Beach, especially the clubs, are celebrity central most nights. Wild place...no doubt about it. So what sort of shop was it? We made custom blended oil fragrances, sold designer fragrance oils, pure essential oils and synergy blends, hand blown artglass perfume bottles, and hand scented bath and body products.

Gloria Estefan and her family are absolutely wonderful people as well. So lucky! I've never met a celeb, the closet I've come to a famous person is going to a live WWE wrestling event at the Staples Center. A few friends and I waited outside and were able to meet some of the wrestlers that were at the show Cameron Diaz...pretty, but a bit aloof. Tom Cruise...he was actually rather shy which suprised me. You stole my saying!!! Kidding, I'm always willing to share. Hey, I met the original Batman (while he was in his cape I might add). No big deal though, cause that cape and spandex outfit isn't too forgiving on a fifty-five plus body

I'm pretty sure she means the Batman from the tv show, before the movies were even thought about. That would be Adam West...
