Ok it's either T2 (think I can hear Arnie saying that line) or American Beauty (can hear Spacey saying it too, but I think he refers to himself as the Sherminator in that line of dialogue so that may be why). Whew! THis one really bothered me because I know I've seen it and heard it. If I'm wrong, I give because I certainly don't know the last one.
BTW Referring to the GnR tune

There's one more song yet to be identified from my list? The song is Knockin On heavens Door by Bob Dylan.. If everybody gives up? then say so and I'll post the movie along with a whole new list of songs.. otherwise we could all be here a long... long time

The Move that used both the song and the acting talents of Bob Dylan was Sam Peckinpah's most underrated classic, Pat Garret And Billy The Kid. I sing a pretty mean version of the GnR cover of that tune and now for the new list 1. All Along The Watchtower: Bob Dylan again, since he's provided me a god deal of success, this might have been used in more than onem ovie, but I'll give a hint, the movie I'm thinking of has NOTHING to do with vietnam and was made in the last 10 years please note I am referring to the original dylan version of the song not the later Jimi Hendrix Cover. 2. Old Time Rock and Roll: Bob Seger and The Silver Bullet Band, Used quite humorously I might add 3. Gonna Fly Now: DeEtta Little, Nelson Pigford music/lyrics Bill Conti/Carol Connors, Ayn Robbins You'll kick yourself when you find the awnser to this one if you didn't already know it. 4. Raindrops Keep Fallin' on My Head: BJ Thomas 5. Pusher - Steppenwolf ( for those confused about this one it's the song that goes G0damn the pusher man ) good luck, and let me know if more hints are required

Right on with Rocky , although I thought they used it in all the movies myself.. unfortunately your 2nd guess is incorrect. *pulls trap door lever* thats gonna leave a mark
