Sunday night I went to the theatre to see Roger Hall's "Spreading Out". My nephew Bruce was in it and it was a very funny show. Mainly about life in New Zealand, which Roger writes so well about. Nove.

I think I'm going crazy. Last night I woke up from a dream that I was going shopping with my friend Tony the next morning and realized I hadn't set the alarm. So I set the alarm and when it went off at 7 am I was really startled as to why the alarm was going, then I remembered the dream. I went back to sleep straight into another dream and it was of Michael doing a building job in my unit ;D it was so real that when I woke I was actually looking for him and it took me awhile to come to.

Watched David letterman last night and he was interviewing Billy Bob Thornton on his movie the "Astronaut Farmer'. Billy said Virginia Madsen was real dandy. The little girls who play the daughters in the movie are the daughters of the director.

Have taken to going to the movies on a Sunday afternoon with Alison (who cuts my hair) as she doesn't like going to the movies by herself. So far we've seen "The flying Scotsman"and "Driving Lessons" both of which were excellent, especially "Driving Lessons".

Rather sad at the moment. David, one of the residence and a very good friend of mine died last Thursday and I went to his funeral yesterday. I shall miss him as we had good times together. A lovely man, kindhearted,he would do anything for me.
