I started this tread so I don't have to start a new one when I share my little pieces of gossip about Hollywood stars and their escapades. Some of them don't really merit a whole thread to themselves and are just little bits of gossip.
For today... What's up with Nicolas Cage? I like his movies, but he seems a little jumpy in real life. He's married this significantly younger girl, who has no experience whatsoever with Hollywood (or so it seems). I'm not saying stars have to marry other stars, I'm simply saying that she's young and I hope she's ready and willing to spend time along when he's on location and such. As far as I'm concerned it doesn't look like this marriage will last for Cage either.

I was thinking the same thing when I read about that. She was a waitress I think. Any bets on how long it will last? He was only married to Lisa-Marie for, what, four months or so? Some people just never learn.

Yeah, but this one doesn't have the divine pleasure of being Elvis's only kid. Hmmm, there is something to be said about being too devoted a fan.

Let me bid a fond fairwell to singer Rick James who died on Friday in his sleep of natural causes - he was 56.
Paris and Nicky Hiltons home was burglarized where the robbers took an undisclosed amount of jewels, designer clothing and purses and photos of Paris and Nick Carter. Hmm, wonder how many of those photos will be on the front page of the Star or Enquirer next week?
And last but not least, Ben Afflecks latest ex has been quoted as saying the time she spent with him (2 weeks, 2 months who knows) wasn't fun because of how public his life is. Heck, I'd be willing to spend two minutes with him -paparazzi be damned! ;D

OH, poor Hilton's.....makes you wonder just how good of a security system they have on the house? Maybe this is a publicity stunt? Or an inside job? Hmmmmmmm... Moving on....I was gonna post something about Rick James' death over in the music section, but you beat me to it. I just read about it today & I was shocked. Man, I would be happy just to sit & watch Affleck play poker. He's one of my guilty pleasures. Yum! I also read a rumor in one of the tabloids that he & Jennifer Garner are supposed to be an item now. But we all know what a ladie's man he is so, take it w/ a grain of salt. Also found this bit on another one of my guilty pleasures, Julian McMahon. Being a big fan of Charmed I adored him as 'Cole' on the show. Anyway, here's the news: "Variety reports that Julian McMahon ("Nip/Tuck") will star as the villain Doctor Doom in "Fantastic Four," the 20th Century Fox adaptation of the Marvel comic book series. He joins the following actors who have already been cast as the Fantastic Four: Michael Chiklis (Ben Richards/the Thing), Jessica Alba (Sue Richards/the Invisible Woman), Ioan Gruffud (the eminently stretchable Reed Richards) and Chris Evans (Johnny Storm/the Human Torch). Simon Kinberg wrote the screenplay. Tim Story ("Barbershop 2") will be directing the film in Vancouver. Chris Columbus is serving as the producer." Now I 'll get a chance to see him on the big screen! Woo Hoo!

Everything you guys have heard about Affleck and his other women is untrue cuz me and Affleck are together and we play poker all the time. LoL. My mom always messes up his last name. She says Ben A-flack. I think Ben is a damn gifted poker player and I would play poker with him anytime. LoL.

No A-flack for anybody but me. The end.
And the Don Johnson thing... I heard about a celeb having a high shopping bill, but I didn't know who or any other details cuz I didn't care. LoL. We can hardly spare 70 bucks for groceries so I didn't wanna know how much the celeb spent.

I read today about a potential plagerism suit being considered against M. Night Shyamalan for the movie the Village. A book published by Simon and Schuster in 1995 titled Running out of time was written about the same scenario. The author didn't know about the similarities until fans began contacting her asking what she thought of the movie and what she was going to do about the obvious similarities. Amazingly enough, Shyamalan is currently involved in a plagarism lawsuit with another man who's unpublished script Lord of the Barrens was just too close to the movie Signs for his liking.
How incredible would it be for a film maker like Shyamalan to be able to make millions with a couple of flicks that he stole from published or unpublished works? I'm inclined to think that one lawsuit is unfortunate but two, well that's a bit suspicious.

Wow! That's interesting....I'd hate to have to stop being a fan if he did plagarize this stuff. That would totally suck rocks!
