You are so right Ang...I think that every time I sit down to write the check for my satellite bill! I don't watch a whole lot of tv...just certain shows, CSI being one of them...great show! And I love those forensics shows on CourtTV! They're very addictive.

And I love those forensics shows on CourtTV! They're very addictive. For some reason I missed this post before. I have to agree I love watching the investigative, true crime shows too. I've always wanted to pursue a career in criminal justice and have always had a big interest in that field.

I too am a CSI junkie, any of them. I also love Law and Order. However I am an Animal Planet NUT...with my favorite show being Animal Precinct (narrated by one Mr. Michael Madsen.)

I've only watched a few episodes of CSI:Miami & I haven't seen any of CSI: NY yet, but I've never missed an episode of the original...I watch it religiously! I love all of the Law & Order shows. Most of the shows I watch are between seasons now, The Shield, Monk & The Sopranos, so I haven't been watching anything regularly except on Monday nights I watch Monster Garage & American Chopper.

Did anyone else catch the premiere of "Numbers" last nite? Pretty darn good show & may become one of my new faves!

I have to say Numbers has become one of my favorite new shows (along w/ Tilt of course...) Sure, Numbers is another cop show, but the twist of using math to solve the crimes is kinda refreshing. My only complaint is that they maybe could use Judd Hirsch a little more, he's an amazing actor.
I'm kinda anxious to see the new Kojak series that USA is doing (I think it premieres March 18), starring Ving Rhames as the man himself. The cast also will include Chazz Palmentieri who has long been one of my favorites.

I watch a lot of Discovery channel & I really like their new show It Takes A Thief. Anyone else here watch it? The premise is pretty original, at least more original than most of the other schlock on tv now. Two ex-thieves case houses (which is purely for dramatic effect b/c you can actually write in to the show if you want to appear on it), then they approach the owners & see if they will let them break into the the house while the owners watch on CCTV. Afterwards they do a complete security make-over of the house then come back unannounced a few weeks later to see if the owners actually are more careful & security-minded. It's pretty interesting & makes you think about how well you protect yourself against stuff like that. Plus the two ex-thieves are pretty hot! So now my Wednesday nights are spent in front of the tv watching Life of Grime, Mythbusters & It Takes A Thief. I REALLY need to get a life...

I've watched It Takes a Thief a couple of times...interesting premise for a show! Very well done too. I can't wait for the 'Dragons' show this upcoming Sunday on Animal Planet. It will be interesting to see where they take their theories etc. I'm really excited about it.
Found another great Monday night set of shows too. BBC America: Murder in Suburbia (two female homicide detectives...awesome show), Murphy's Law, and Night Detective. Starts at 8pm Central time and reruns again at 11pm.
