LONDON - Turner Classic Movies has produced two of its own documentaries to tie in with this month's 'Crime Wave' season, including an interview with hardman actor Michael Madsen.
The first, 'Driven by Crime: The A-Z of Crime', will premiere on TCM on Saturday July 30. An examination of the crime film genre, the programme includes a look at subjects such as the most memorable stunts, the most iconic screen criminals and the most chilling performances.
The second production is an 'Off Set' interview with Michael Madsen, which will premiere on Sunday July 31. Madsen first became famous as the psychopathic gangster Mr White in Quentin Tarantino's 'Reservoir Dogs' and has since made a living out of playing criminals and lowlifes in films including 'Kill Bill' and most recently 'Sin City'.
In the 60-minute interview, which takes place in his Malibu home, Madsen talks about how he got into acting, his love of classic gangster movies and his friendship and working relationship with Tarantino.Woo hoo!!

I get so mad at missing out of Michaels live interviews. Oh well I'll just have to read them on the board and be thankful for that. NOve.
