I'd love to see it. Looking at my TV guide,"Sacrifice" is on again and the movie critic as usual says, laughably bad thriller. What does he know I say? I like the movie.

I went to see it last weekend and it was freakin' awesome!!! Tarantino & Rodriguez have outdone themselves again. I can't decide which one I liked better, I loved them both for what they were. And the fake trailers were great too, esp. "Machete" (with Danny Trejo) and "Thanksgiving", the one Eli Roth did. There are rumors that a couple of the fake trailers will be full movies if they do a Grindhouse 2. That would be freakin' awesome!
I've also heard the talk about splitting the movies in two, which would defeat the whole purpose of the grindhouse double-feature atmosphere. It's basically what they did to the Kill Bill movies, which Q. wanted to be one long movie.

This was in our Sunday Herald
Movie flop. Quentin Tarantino's latest project,a double bill with his long-time pal and fellow director Robert Rodriguez alled Grindhouse, has been an unmitigated disaster, earning the movie-world equivalent of pennies at the box office and getting pulled from distribution elsewhere around the globe, while the producers---most notably Tarantino's old mentor,Harvey Weinstein--try to figure out what to do with it. The concept was three hours of film paying homage to the kind of kitschy junk. Tarantino has long revelled in. The reviews weren't terrible, but neither were they especially enthusiastic

He's taking Death Proof to Cannes with about 30 minutes or so of footage that was cut out for the Grindhouse double-feature. I'd love to see this version!!

I think it's a must to see. Then I think all of Michael's stuff is a must to see, even if I'm disappointed.

Oh darn! I thought Michael was in GrindHouse. What ever made me think he was? Must have been having a senior moment again.

i figured mike or mickey rourke should have played stunt man mike... you will understand why im glad they didn't when you see the real stuntman mike come out in the movie !!!!!!!!! I thought about that too...but after seeing the movie, I think they both would've been a little too laid-back & subdued to be stuntman mike.

GrindHouse is still big news out here. Mark isn't all that keen on Tarantino's work but he wants to see Grindhouse.
