Stop buying the bagged mozzerella sticks. Buy a 3 lb block of mozerella cheese. Any kind will do and it doesn't have to be expensive. Cut it into slabs big enough for cheese sticks.
Dip sticks in 2 beaten eggs, then breadcrumbs mixed with parsley and parmesan and place on cookie sheet. After entire block is complete, freeze for an hour. Then in deep fryer, fry cheese for 1 to 2 minutes per piece.

Omg....I'm def. gonna have to try this one. I'm a sucker for moz sticks...I could eat them 24/7!!

Aside from the obvious coronary drawbacks, yes, I too could eat these babies 24/7.
