eh don't worry about it.. at least you've got good taste in men lol although I'm having a hardtime seeing old mike in that robinhood role, he seems more like the sherriff of knottingham guy to me Well not now obviously but when was younger...most def...but as far as now goes..sherriff of knottingham would probrably be a more fitting role..

The only reason for this suggestion is because I just happened to rent the entire evil dead trilogy last night.. and although bruce cambell thoroughly owned the role of ash.. I could so see a young micheal madsen in that role.. you tell me he wouldn't make one bad ass zombie slayer

dude-nobody can be Ash but Bruce Campbell. i love the evil dead series. number 2 is the best overall movie i believe. what do you think? point taken and somewhat accepted, no one could have done as good a job in that role as bruce but if he would have come down with the measels or something, then give mikey a call. as for my favorite E-D flick, so far I've just seen 1 and 2.. out of those 2 I'd say evil dead 2 was definately the more entertaining of the 2, while one was a straight up horror masterpiece, bad claymation pieces notabblly forgiven and accepted ( since those had to be a real hassle to put together frame by frame) I still have yet to watch army of darkness though and I'm super psyched to see it since I rented all three of them on this nice little deal of 3 movies for three days for three bucks.. I'll pop in AOD tonight and then I'll be able to give my honest opinion on my favorite movie in the series. you guys were talking about mike playing elvis earlier, and someone said he couldn't because he didn't have the voice for it.. well I think I found an elvis that old mike could sink his teeth into.. the elvis from bubba ho-tep.. the elvis that lives in a retirement home with the black JFK and has to rid off the place of an evil soul sucking mummy. again I offer my full apoligies to bruce cambell here, since I seem to be out to wreck his career lol

bubbu ho-tep is a great movie. MM could definetly do the part, but bruce is awesome in this movie. army of darkness is a great movie, but it's nothing like the first 2. it's a high budget movie, with not alot of blood like the first 2. cuz his enemy's are skeleton's. dead by dawn will always be my fave, i love when he chops off his hand!!

that whole scene with the hand turning into an undead zombie was uber f'n hilarious.. I was in stitches.. all the way through it.. I love when it pops back up and flips him off before he pops it with the double barrell.. the only thing that I didn't care for about part 2 was the little inconsistencies.. like they totally changed the story that happened i nthe 1st movie.. and the shotgun in the 1st movie was only a single barrel.. but I guess it's fiction so they can get away with it.. still a great flick

Dude, don't be wrecking Bruce's career or I'll have to personally come & slice your ear off! ;D Did you watch AOD yet? I'd have to agree, 2 is the best of the series IMO. But all of 3 of the movies are great. And nobody could take the role of Ash from Bruce...not even Michael. I know, I'm gonna burn in Madsen hell for saying that. Bubba Ho-Tepp was brilliant, Bruce did an outstanding job as always.

I started watching AOD this afternoon and got interupted by a phone call.. I got to the part where he's having his new hand fasioned for him.. this movie already has the comedy factor kicked in big time, bruce is nailing these one liners.. I'm gonna finish it tonight if possibble.. I will give up this fight now, Bruce *IS* ash... end of discussion if you get a chance to get bubba ho-tep on dvd, make sure and watch it once with bruce cambells *in character* commentary.. it's hillairious, great dvd altogether

ok lets get back on subject. i wanna see michael in a horror flick, i mean a true horror flick. something that keeps you on the edge of your seat and quite often jumping out of it. i know 13 ghosts did that for me. i think michael would be great in one of those, playing a hero of course not getting killed.

I agree. The closest thing we're gonna get right now is 'Bloodrayne',but I have a feeling it's gonna be more action than 'scary' being as it's made from a video game.
