I love Sushi and I've just learnt how to make it. All though my niece Zena gave me the stuff to make it. It's gone down well and it looks so profesional. I may move to Japan and become the Sushi Queen. Nove.

Today I heard the name Butt Chicken. I thought I heard it before and then I remembered The Dude had posted something about Beer Butt Chicken. The recipe I got was take one chicken and instead of stuffing it in the usual way,you get a can of beer, punch small holes in the top and place it inside the chicken and roast in usual way. The beer flavours the chicken and it turns out very moist. Nove.

I'm still into Sushi, just about live on it. When I go to stay with my brother I have to take all the gear to make it for him.
