I just started reading "Headhunter" by Michael Slade. Pretty interesting murder mystery..the second book by him that I'm reading and pretty gruesome so far, lots of forensic & technical procedure described, which I like.

Right now I am in the middle of 'Prey' by Michael Chriton. I swear, he's one of those authors that I can just devour his books. I read for an hour and a half and am already on page 140....of course I can comprehensive speed read too, but still.
I also bought another book this week called 'Decipher by Stel Pavlou which I cannot wait to read. The blurb on the back got me so psyched it was the first thing I bought on payday.

I've read Foley's book & it's fantastic! You should also read The Rock's if you haven't already. Also, anyone who likes biographys should read Bruce Capmpell's book "If Chins Could Kill". Great read!

'If Chins Could Kill' was a great book...have to love The Bruce....he's entirely too funny.
'Prey' was amazing....and 'Decipher' is VERY interesting. I've been running my behind off the last two days so I haven't had much chance to read, but tomorrow is going to be a pretty lazy day for me, so hopefully I can get some more in.

right now im reading a 3 novel series about a girl who was kidnapped. i got the books off of ebay. The first one is called, The face on the milk carton, the secon is whatever happened to janie and the third is the voice on the radio. I just started the 3ed one today. the second book is very sad and i cried while reading it. its about a 15 yr old girl who sees her 3 yr old picture on a milk carton and then discovers she was kidnapped. in the second novel she is back with her real family and its very moving and the third novel is about her boyfriend telling the story on his college campus radio station. its good. im gonna upset though cause i had gotten an idea about writing a similar story before i got these books. so yeah thats kind of blown out of the water. but they are really good books, i recomend them if u like tear jerkers.

Mobile Library is way down on the books I like to read,so have changed to novels, with abit of fact in them. At the moment I'm readinga book by Charlotte Bingham called "The Wind off the Sea".Bit of a mystery after World War II.Remote village in England and it's inhabitants getting worked up over a American called Waldo Astley who seems to be after something or he knows somethink about two of the men and one of the women who were active in the war.Bit slow but I'll keep reading it. Finishing up 'The Long Highway', David Carradine's autobiography. He has an absolutely fantastic writing style, and the book moves so quick. If you can find it I really reccommend it. He truly is one the the great American characters.
